Onlineshoes.com Merrell Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Purchase of a product from Onlineshoes.com does not improve chances of winning. To enter, submit your email address at www.onlineshoes.tv. The Merrell Sweepstakes begins August 15, 2008 and ends September 5, 2008.

Online Entries. ONLINE ENTRY TO THE SWEEPSTAKES IS LIMITED TO ONE (1) EMAIL ADDRESS PER PERSON PER DAY. Two (2) winners will be selected at random each week to win a prize of one (1) pair of Merrell Era Mocs each. To be eligible for the prize drawing, entry must be received between 12:01 a.m. (Pacific Time) on Friday, August 15, 2008, and 11:59 p.m. (Pacific Time) on Friday, September 5, 2008 ("Sweepstakes Period").
Prizes. Six (6) Prizes will be awarded. The Prize will consist of one (1) pair of Merrell Era Moc shoes (size and style must be in-stock and available online) from Onlineshoes.com. Prize will be non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older as of August 15, 2008. Employees of Gerler & Son, Inc., Onlineshoes.com and its consultants, and immediate families or persons residing in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. Subject to applicable federal, state, and legal regulations and laws. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Drawings/Odds. Two (2) Prizewinners will be selected each week during the Sweepstakes Period by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the prior week. Drawings will take place on Monday, August 18, 2008; Monday, August 25, 2008; Tuesday, September 2, 2008; and Monday, September 8, 2008. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The drawings will be conducted under the supervision of Onlineshoes.com. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules, which will be final and binding in all respects. Winners will be notified by email.

Release. By submitting an entry, participants agree to RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS ONLINESHOES.COM, GERLER & SON, INC. AND THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, SUPPLIERS, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, SUITS, ACTIONS AND CAUSES OF ACTION OF ANY KIND ARISING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR RESULTING FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION OR USE OF THE PRIZE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, AS WELL AS CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of Prize shall constitute and signify the winner's agreement and consent that Onlineshoes.com may use the winner's name, address, likeness, voice and/or Prize information for advertising and promotional purposes without further payment or consideration.

Entry Information. Entry information becomes property of Onlineshoes.com subject to Onlineshoes.com's privacy policy as posted on its website. The name of the prizewinner will be posted on the Onlinshoes.com website within 10 days of receiving the winner's agreement.

Governing Law. All issues concerning these rules or the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
